DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You can place orders without creating an account. However, creating an account will allow you to manage your address book, view your orders and have access to the preparation and delivery tracking of your packages.

HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

- Click on the icon my account
- Before placing an order: Fill in your e-mail address and choose your password then click on CREATE AN ACCOUNT
- During the ordering process: Fill in your e-mail address by checking the box CREATE AN ACCOUNT and choose your password.

HOW TO RECOVER MY PASSWORD?

Click on Forgot your password? Go to your mailbox to retrieve the link that was sent to you. Click on it and choose your new password. Please note that if you have not created an account, you will not receive the email with the link.

WHY AM I NO LONGER RECEIVING THE ALMÉ NEWSLETTER?

These emails may arrive in your junk mail or SPAM. It is also possible that we have stopped sending you emails because your email address is incorrect.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER IF I HAVEN'T CREATED AN ALMÉ ACCOUNT?

You cannot track your orders in the My Account section if you have not created an account. However, when your order is shipped, you will be notified by email of the tracking link for your package and you will be able to follow the delivery directly on the carrier's website.
