Today, Emmanuelle shares her textile know-how with you, as well as our entire design and production process.
STEP 1
The styling team makes its first sketches and designs, before sending technical data sheets to our workshop. These documents provide technical details, from design to manufacturing.
STEP 2
Choosing the right fabric is an essential step, asit affects the cut, the fit and, above all, comfort. Each cut is designed according to the material chosen.
STEP 3
Once we've validated the material, we can choose from a wide range of colors ! We choose the perfect colors from a pantioner, or from ranges. Emmanuelle's sharp eye detects the nuances of your future favorite pieces.
STEP 4
The development of the pattern is one of the most important phases. Our sketches come to life, and then the magic happens...the pattern represents the skeleton of a piece, broken down and quantified.We start with a reference size and work down to other sizes.
STEP 5
Receiving the first prototypes is always a satisfying moment. Then it's time for fittings and the fitting phase on several morphologies: our model makers make their latest modifications for perfect pieces.
STEP 6
Once the pattern has been validated, it's time to cut the fabrics. Fabrics are"matted", meaning that they are assembled so that several pieces can be cut at the same time, thus rationalizing the use of material.
STEP 7
Once production has started, we take a few samples (also known as "prod picking") to measure and carry out final checks.
STEP 8
Picking prod validated: a final check is carried out by our patternmaker to ensure that our workshop has respected the pattern comments and measurements.
STEP 9
Once the parts have been completed and checked, we move on to the labelling and polybagging of each part .
STEP 10
Last but not least, our creations will finally enhance your curves & give you a dose of self-confidence!
