1. I declare my exchange online
- To declare your return, simply click on this link
- Enter your order number and the order email and click on "Find my order".
- Select the item you wish to return (if you have several products to return, don't panic, you can add other items later in the process).
- Select a reason for return from the available options,
- Select the type of exchange you wish (Exchange the item or Exchange the item for another product)
- Check your details and click on "Continue".
- Confirm your return by clicking on "Confirm my return".
- Download your return label
Print it out and stick the return label to the outside of the parcel. Stick the new label onto the old one, or you can remove the old label to prevent the wrong number from being scanned. Be sure to insert the recipient card inside the parcel.
All you have to do is drop your parcel off at a Mondial Relay point.
